  • Delivery & order tracking
    Country, delivery times and costs: * Delivery and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer. All our products are handmade. *** Our deliveries are made by post, letter followed or collissimo, depending on the dimensions and weight of the products. You will be delivered within an average of 3 to 8 days from the finalization of the production of your order. Track delivery of my order. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can also track your order in your personal space "my account/ My orders".   • Returns and Refunds
    Make a return You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return the creations to us for reimbursement or credit, if they do not suit you. Please note, creations that have been used as well as personalized creations cannot be refunded or credited. In order to be able to track the return of your order, please provide us with the tracking number.Be sure to stamp your proof of deposit, and keep it until refund. In case of loss or delay of your return, Coton en herbe is in no way responsible. Exchange an article We do not do standard exchange on our site. For another model or another color, just re-order on our e-shop! Reimbursement period Exercising the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the sums paid when ordering (excluding delivery costs), as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of your return. The refund will be made by bank transfer. Note that the refund of an order paid for with a gift voucher or credit note will be automatically made. My part has a small defect We have only one obsession: the desire to offer you the most beautiful creations. The creations are made by us, in our workshop.     Log in to my account To connect to your Coton en herbe account, click on the “Account” space at the top right of the home page on your computer, or from the menu of your mobile. My delivery addresses You have the option of saving your delivery addresses so that you do not have to re-enter them when placing your order. All data can be modified from your personal space. To do this, go to your “My account / My Addresses” space. My Wishlist Favorite creations? You can create your Wishlist (wish list) by clicking on the little heart present on each product sheet. You can then find it in your “My account / Wishlist and Alerts” space, modify it and share it by email with your loved ones. Note that these articles are not reserved for you.
