Created in 1991 by designers Sigolène Prébois and Catherine Lévy, the Vase d’Avril has become a true benchmark of contemporary design. Featured in the permanent collections of the Centre Pompidou, the MoMA in New York, and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, it now stands as a cult object for art and decor enthusiasts.
Inspired by Japanese ikebana, this modular vase consists of 21 glass tubes connected by metal hinges. Entirely flexible, it adapts to any preference: in a line, in a circle, in a zigzag, or in any other creative shape. It therefore makes it easy to create harmonious floral arrangements, even without any particular expertise.
The Tsé & Tsé Vase d’Avril is made in France using durable materials (glass and zinc-plated metal). Fully detachable, it combines design, poetry, and functionality to accompany both small everyday moments and grand occasions.
Design: Catherine Lévy & Sigolène Prébois
