DELIVERY AND RETURNS
❀ Our deliveries are made by post, by registered letter or colissimo, depending on the dimensions and weight of the products. You will be delivered within an average of 3-6 days from the finalization of your order in metropolitan France.
For handmade creations, lead times may be extended.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write to us.
❀ Coton en herbe offers a “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee.
❀ Are you not completely satisfied with your item?
Don't worry, you have 14 working days from receipt of your order to return the item to us and get a refund.
❀ Return costs remain your responsibility.
❀ Make your return request by email to the following email address: cotonenherbe@hotmail.com . A return form will be sent to you.
❀ Complete and attach the form to your package, remembering to include your first/last name and your order number, otherwise your return cannot be processed.
❀ The shipping costs incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
❀ We leave it up to you to choose your carrier for the return
❀ The package must have a tracking number. It must be sent directly to our workshop and not to a Relay Point, in which case your return will unfortunately not be able to be processed.
❀ We advise you to keep proof of deposit of your package. It will be provided to you by your carrier. In the absence of this, no refund can be made if there is a loss of package.
❀ Your package will be delivered to us within 5 to 10 working days. Once we receive your return, we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
❀ You will receive an email informing you that your package has been received and confirming its refund or the issue of a credit note.
❀ From this confirmation message, the refund will be effective within 5 to 10 business days. The credit will be available immediately after receiving the message
Please respect the following conditions:
❀ Items must be in perfect condition in their original packaging, with their label, without dirt or deterioration.
❀ Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
