1. To enjoy your candle to the fullest, we recommend burning it until its entire surface is liquid.
2. When burning multiple candles simultaneously, we recommend leaving at least 30 cm of space between each one.
3. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep your candle away from drafts. Keep your candles out of reach of children, curtains, and pets.
4. If the wick becomes off-center, gently reposition it while the wax is still melted.
5. If smoke appears, trim the tip of the wick. It should always be clean and no longer than 0.5 centimeters.
6. Protect the surface on which your candle is placed (with a flat ceramic or wooden object, for example).
7. To protect the glass, ensure you always leave 0.5 centimeters of unmelted wax for Classic size candles. Since L’Intermède and La Grande Bougie are equipped with wick stops, they will extinguish automatically once these are visible. (Always leave at least 3 centimeters of unmelted wax).
8. Store your candle in a dry and temperate place, between 15 and 25° C.
9. Please ensure you use your candle for the first time within 2 months of receiving it.
